Welcome back for our mid July update, where we’ll catch you up on the goings on around the park.

First things first; Train construction update. Folks, it is about to get real here in the park. We now have multiple crews working in different areas doing different tasks. For example, today there is a survey crew working on staking out the center line of the rails so that the rail crew knows where to locate the new tracks correctly. Also, the electricians are hard at work running the new power to the charging stations used by the trains.

As the month progresses you’ll see even more workers do all kinds of work. Trees are being cut, rocks are being moved, platforms will be removed and many other tasks.

It won’t be long now until we have two new, fully functioning trains again. I can’t wait.

A lot of folks have also asked about the Animal Habitat, specifically, will the barn be built back? It will indeed be built back but there is no definite timetable that I can report on. I will pass on any information that I get to you as soon as I know something concrete. In the meantime, remember the farm animals are still in the Habitat for your enjoyment so please come hang out with them soon.
